As for me, the location was good, near motorway exit, the numerous walking trails around, and the nearby mountains. It also was to that restaurant.

The room was brand-new and good sized included a multi-channel TV, a study table, and a radio. A bidet in the en suite bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was adjacent to that restaurant, the numerous walking trails around, and the Black Forest...

The hotel's traditional decor and cozy atmosphere created a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for seniors like myself. The sitting areas in the hotel were adorned with beautiful antique furniture and charming decorations, transporting me back in time to the romantic era of the Black Forest. The accessibility within the hotel was exceptional, with wide hallways and well-placed handrails, ensuring ease of movement for seniors.

The only thing that could have made my vacation even better would be the provision of a kettle in the room, allowing me to make a cup of tea or coffee at my convenience. This small addition would have enhanced the overall comfort and convenience for senior guests like myself.

As adventure travelers, we loved the authentic and typical Black Forest cuisine, the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, and the friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed opening the windows to let in the fresh air. the breakfast provided a plentiful European spread, making us feel like we were staying in a home rather than a clinical hotel.

We felt very much at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The evening meal in the restaurant was mind-blowingly delicious, with exquisite flavors that left us wanting more. And let's not forget about the morning breakfasts, which were an absolute feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of scrumptious options. The rooms were not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The free and super-fast internet reception was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to easily stay connected. The hotel also offered off-site car park which was very convenient. We also loved the bar/lounge area, perfect for unwinding with a refreshing drink. A welcome drink upon arrival was an unexpected and delightful touch. The laundry service was a lifesaver, ensuring our clothes were fresh and clean throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment on those cozy nights in. The express check-in/-out process made everything so seamless and hassle-free. The surrounding area was a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking, cycling, fishing, and even golfing opportunities nearby. The children's menu and availability of cots were greatly appreciated, making traveling with little ones much easier. The board games available added a fun element to our evenings. It was wonderful that pets were allowed, allowing us to bring our furry friend along on our adventure. And lastly, the non-smoking rooms provided a refreshing and clean environment. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

Our stay at this 4-star hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with all the comfort we needed. We were able to bring our pet dog along, and there was even a lovely field nearby for him to play in. The location was excellent, with skiing just an hour away and charming restaurants a short drive away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the delicious breakfast and the variety of activities available such as hiking and fishing. We will definitely be returning to this luxurious and comfortable hotel time and time again.

The staff were super cool and friendly, always ready to give us tips for exploring the outdoors. We went hiking and biking on the epic trails nearby, and let me tell you, it was pure adrenaline rush! Plus, the hotel had bike hire, so it was super convenient for us to rent bikes and hit the trails. The area is also perfect for golfing enthusiasts, with great courses just a short drive away. We had the time of our lives here!

The only thing we would have loved is a bit more nightlife fun for us young partygoers. Maybe some cool events or activities specifically aimed at teenagers like us.

We stayed at a hotel in a great area. the location was perfect to explore the nearby mountains, with numerous walking trails around. We also enjoyed visiting the surrounding villages. the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of the room was very disappointing. the bathroom was awful, the shower didn't work properly, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. the breakfast was bland and became boring after just a few days. It was unfortunate that the restaurant and bar closed for a couple of evenings, as we were hoping to entertain our friends there.

    The room was very disappointing.
